1. The Services

Pin Stats is a browser extension that reads publicly visible information on Pinterest pages you open, and presents statistics about those pins so you can sort, compare and analyse them. Some capabilities depend on your plan:

• Free: core pin statistics, with limits on volume and depth of analysis.
• Pro: the full pin statistics feature set.
• Extended Pro: everything in Pro, plus the Keyword Explorer - keyword volumes, deeper research, long tail expansion and CSV export.

We also offer a free keyword tool on this website that does not require the extension. It is rate-limited per visitor so that it stays available to everyone.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.

3. Licence and Restrictions

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own Pinterest marketing and research. Your licence key is issued to you and is for your use; please do not share, resell or publish it.

You agree not to:

• copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the extension, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute the Services, or offer them as part of a competing product;
• circumvent plan limits, rate limits or licence checks, or use automated means to place unreasonable load on our systems;
• use the Services to breach Pinterest's own terms, to harvest personal data, or for any unlawful purpose.

4. Plans, Billing and Renewal

All paid plans are sold exclusively through LemonSqueezy, which acts as merchant of record. LemonSqueezy is therefore the seller for the purchase itself, and handles payment, invoicing and any applicable sales tax or VAT; its terms govern that transaction. These Terms govern your licence to use the Services.

• Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in effect for your plan, until you cancel.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your paid features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate a partial period.
• Lifetime plans are a one-time payment covering the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. If we discontinue the Services entirely, a lifetime plan ends with them.
• Price changes apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you before a change takes effect. Your existing period is unaffected.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. Full details, including how to request a refund, are in our Refund Policy.

Nothing here limits any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation you may have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

6. Relationship with Pinterest

InsightPins is an independent developer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to Pinterest, Inc. "Pinterest" is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc., used here only to describe what our Services work with.

The Services depend on Pinterest's website continuing to behave as it does today. Pinterest may change its interface, data or policies at any time, and such changes can reduce or interrupt what the Services can do. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt, but we cannot promise that every feature will keep working, or that a fix will be immediate. Your own use of Pinterest remains governed by Pinterest's terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

7. Your Data

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of your agreement with us.

8. Availability and Changes

We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend the Services for maintenance. We aim to keep interruptions short, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. If we decide to discontinue a paid plan entirely, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

9. No Guarantee of Results

The Services provide data and analysis to inform your decisions. They do not guarantee any particular outcome - not impressions, saves, clicks, traffic, revenue, or growth of any kind. Statistics are derived from what is publicly visible on Pinterest at the time you view it and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. You are responsible for the decisions you make using them.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsightPins will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the extension and cancelling any paid plan. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms - for example by sharing a licence key or circumventing plan limits. Where a breach is capable of being put right, we will normally contact you first. If we terminate your access without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services develop or the law requires. We will change the "Last Updated" date above, and for material changes we will give notice through the extension, this website or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that point means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours to a successor in connection with an incorporation, merger, acquisition or sale of assets - including transferring this agreement to a company formed to operate InsightPins. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
