Where to send what
Email — pin.analyzer@gmail.com
Anything tied to your account or your money: licence keys that will not activate, billing questions, refunds, invoices, and privacy or data requests under the privacy policy. Email is the only channel for these, because they are the ones that should not be discussed in a public chat.
Discord — join the server
Bugs, “is this supposed to work like that?”, and questions other users can often answer faster than we can. This is the best place for anything reproducible, because screenshots and back-and-forth are quicker there than over email.
Feature requests — the public board
Ideas go on the board rather than into an inbox, so you can see what has already been asked for and add your vote instead of a duplicate. What gets built next is decided largely from that list.

Before you write
Two questions come up often enough to have their own guides:
- Installing the extension — including pinning it to the toolbar, which is the step people miss.
- Activating a licence key — where to find the key in your Lemon Squeezy email, and where it goes.
It is also worth checking what Pin Stats does not do before reporting something as broken. Clicks, impressions and week-over-week tracking are not missing by accident — the extension cannot see them, and no setting will turn them on.
Reporting a bug
Five lines that save a round trip. Without them the first reply is always the same set of questions:
- Which browser and version (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Vivaldi, Arc, Opera).
- Which Pinterest page — a board, a single pin, search results, your home feed.
- What you expected to see, and what appeared instead.
- Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
- A screenshot, if there is anything visible to point at.
Pinterest changes its markup without notice, and that is the usual cause when stats stop appearing on one kind of page but not another. Knowing which page you were on is often enough to find it.
Corrections
If something on this site is wrong, out of date, or misleading — including a claim about what the extension can do — say so by email or in Discord. The page gets corrected and its last-updated date moves; we do not edit quietly. The full policy is on the about page.
